My business is to interact between Odoo partners and customers, working to assist both parties for smoother and above all successful implementations.

It can often defray issues away from the Odoo partner. While it may not always shorten the implementation it will give a clear understanding to the customer when timelines need to change and can help with project creep and risk mitigation.
