Unbias, straightforward, cost effective, middleman! I will implement Odoo Community for significant savings if it makes sense for you. I can also stay involved in other implementations saving time and money in many ways (e.g. data, training, specifications, interacting with the software vendor, etc.). Too many times simple implementations are made more complex than they need to be. Community Odoo can be a great way to start and you always have recourse to the enterprise version when it is required as your company and needs grow.
I fit best in small to medium sized businesses and I don't try to sell more than what you need.

We like progress but we also think some customer visiting has many benefits from relationship to just simple human interaction to better understanding processes quickly. Even just seeing the processes in action often reveals hidden gotchas later. Seeing the shop floor and processes on the floor can also help with reengineering and bigger picture thinking. An interesting example was once when interviewing shop floor staff I found they had an entirely manual written process of their own for tracking parts that no one was really aware of.
